I am stunned! This is one of the most user friendly apps I've used for VoIP in a long time and I've used many. Transcriptions are usually readable which is better than my previous provider. Love all the voice mail message options. The sound quality of the voice mail prompts are much better than larger VoIP providers. I wish it had extension support for the extra lines without affecting my primary cell call handling, even if just to know why someone is calling. A desktop app would be nice to have. Their support is awesome and fast. Just go to their website and start chatting. Oh and they block spam;)

Best productivity for visual messages Can't stand the V'zon voice mail message! It/she always follows every customers message to say leave a message! YouMail gives back the control to the customer, and cuts out the V'zon voice over! Excellent app!

Love the prsobalization I love I can select personal messages for blocked callers. It addresses all callers in my contacts with the own name.
