I've tried three other apps but this is the best one I've found that actually prevents spam calls from ringing or leaving empty voicemails. This was the main reason for getting this app. It also allows custom greetings you can choose free from the community.

I love this app so much I can tell if somebody called me while my phone was off no other app can do that, so the fact it can tell you who called you and hung up with out a message
