This app gets my compliments from my customers on almost daily basis. They actually say right in their voicemail how it was amazing that it knew who they were in the automated greeting(1 of several choices). I dont even remember if there is a non paid version but the paid one is a must if you are a 1 person show and cant answer every call. You can get it emailed to you as the actual message in mp3 form, a (usually great) transcription txted to you, and msgs can be more than 1000(mine)not just 20

Nice, great time saver! Update: below problem seems to be fixed! Notifications of missed calls are normally very timely. My only problem is when trying to listen to a message from my phone's browser, the browser crashes. It didn't used to, so not sure what changed, but the app works well in the retrieval process. Wish I could afford transcription service...
