I can't always make out what someone is saying in a voicemail, nor can I always put the phone to my ear and listen to them. I love being able to have them transcribed because it's just like reading a text message. I've tried other services, but youmail has been more accurate with the transcription. A great alternative to paying $3 a month for the service through the cell provider
