Great filter for unwanted calls, spam, etc As long as the incoming call is from someone in your Contacts, it will come through labeled w/ that contact's name. Nowadays, over 90% of my calls show only the calling number. I’m comfortable ignoring these, knowing that if it’s the rare call from someone important who is not in my Contacts, they’ll leave a message. Since such voice messages are automatically converted to text, they show up within minutes as a text or email, to which I respond appropriately - by either calling back legitimate callers, or reporting the number as spam. The peace of mind is well worth it!

What is not to love? It just works and provides more features than the visual voice mail at Verizon for a lower cost. At this point, it would be difficult to do without.
