So far so good I am still exploring but I was having terrible trouble with the Verizon stick voicemail system, I missed several business phone calls. This system sends a text when you have a new voicemail. Where I live we have areas with poor reception and often we can't receive calls but we can get texts so I know when I have a important call. Still looking into the features but so far very pleased
