only drawback is how much fun you can have assigning unique and seperate greetings to each individual caller and type of call for so much fun that sometimes even the bill collector will have a giggle and keep calling back just to hear the greeting again with a friend they want to share it with . its really the most useful and versatile app on the phone and can even be entertaining too! a must have for all ages and situations .
