Been using this for 3 years now, replacing Should I Answer. A harasser who used to fill up my husband's voicemail can now be sent straight to a greeting that won't take a message. Very easy to access, organize, delete, and re-hear voice mails in any order, keeps a history, and you can export messages for legal documentation.
