Calling from ?Business Office?, no company identified.

I received one phone call. I returned with a text message inquiring about who was calling. I never received a text back and found it odd because i assume the call came from a landline and normally when you send text message to a landline you get an automatic text message back informing you that it is in fact a landline and cannot receive text messages. Voicemail stated that this was "Gabriella calling on behalf of the Ridgeview medical center". Very hard to hear the person speaking and she did not give a last name, a reason for the call, or an extension to reach her at.
