Great if you pay Beware that the free service requires your carrier to translate the OCN for your phone correctly. It seems providers are not commonly doing this because they want you to pay for their voicemail. This forces you to pay for You Mail's service to make it work. It was a huge hassle for me. I hope you have better luck.
