Message left as though the first half of the message didn't record.

This is a HVAC SCAM ROBO Call. Got a call from this number, No Caller ID. Didn't answer & they hung up. Called from my other number & got a recording saying "Our records show that we did not contacted you. Unfortunately we can only direct calls from people we have reached out to. Goodbye." This is the same recording that has been associated w/Other SCAM ROBO Calls from other numbers w/No Caller ID. The one that has been SPAMMING Everyone's phones almost every day for the last year if not longer offering "energy saving upgrades for homes from funding set aside by the state." Recently the recording says it is Green Alliance, a non-profit. This is Not a Legit call, it is a SCAM. The State Would Not Be having someone call people from numbers that are always changing w/NO Caller ID. This Call is from SCAMMERS trying trick people into giving them personal info. Never give Anyone who calls from number w/No Caller ID Any Information. Be Careful of SCAMMERS, they are working over time.
