I have anonymous call reject. The caller pretended to be a family member/close family friend by pressing a number in order for the call to go through. After saying hello to me, the caller hung up.

I got a phone call from this number at 11:57 AM Eastern Time, but I didn't answer the phone and my phone flagged it as “Spam Risk.” It never left me a message nor identified themselves on the YouMail app on my phone. I suspected it was a robocall and a scammer misusing someone's phone number in Elkton, Tennessee so that he/she can try to scam me. I reported robocalls and scammers that spoofed random US and local 865 phone numbers that never left me any messages to the Federal Trade Commission before and my phone number is on the Tennessee and National Do Not Call Registries. I did not give them permission to call me nor have I done business with them.
Spectrum wanting to reset receiver box. Number not in service when called back.
I did not answer because no name appeared on caller id.
It's clearly spam. I don't have a Comcast account.
