I'm rewriting a review for the third time. I'll explain...I used this app for over a year without any issues. This year something happened and everything went bezerk. When people called, they received an "OCN error". I heard about this and looked it up and I needed to put in some other numbers to redirect the voicemail. I did this and I started receiving OCN error messages again. At that point I wrote another review saying how I need to find another app. The makers of this app contacted me after reading the review and made sure I had the latest numbers to fix the problem. I haven't heard any complaints since then so I suspect the error messages are gone and everything is working now. I put my review at four stars for the proactive support I was given, but not five stars because I had to go through all of this to get back to how it was when I first started using this app.
