Overall GREAT for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Don't need upgrade & can't afford it. I hate Android 10 upgrade on Galaxy s9+. It wiped out all options for vv-mail. YouMail = only one to work, big difference tho. The old way = dialing #1 on phone screen. After being spoiled with Visual Voice Mail I realized how bad dialing #1 is = no dates, no times & no tracking vv-mails to follow up. I wish I could ADD MY NAME with my phone# on low level. To ipgrade = annual fee's = I can't.

Love You Mail, but I upgraded to the galaxy S5 and you mail is not fully compatible. Every time I reset my phone I have to select you mail as my voice mail service
