I got the same recording and I have had a couple hospital bills so I thought maybe it was legit but when I call I asked them to mail me details of this supposed dent that I owe and they just keep claiming they’ve sent it 1 million times in the mail but I never get it and I just keep telling them I will not pay you anything until I have details in paper like REAL debt collectors send. I even told them to just email it or fax it but they won’t. I think they just try to work off fear and get you to pay the debt because people are scared of their credit getting messed up. SO Insanely messed UP. Oh and they also call literally every single day and leave that same robo voicemail. I called back and demanded to be put on the DO NOT call list and told them they will be hearing from my lawyer. Which they will. A REAL DEBT COLLECTOR SENDS YOU THE INFO IN THE MAIL AND DOES NOT USE ROBO BULL****.
