BCBS fep blue "nurse line" scam call. Wanting me to verify information. This is NOT the nurse line.

Keeps calling and i don?t need their services

Got a call from a Michael Hatswell, saying he is an independent process server, and wanted to serve legal documents to me.. This is a scam, do not call them back. I work for an attorney and we serve people all the time, you don't get a call that we are serving papers to you.

Had a voicemail...said was process server Michael Hatswell independent process server and I have pending litigation against me from R&J or RNJ Associates..

Used the fake name Michael Bennett, independently contracted process server through the National Association of Process Servers. Needless to say, there is no such person listed with NAPS. Claimed he was from R&J Associates and he was stopping by to serve me between 2pm and 5pm. I waited for him, but he never showed. Now I have to return the bat I bought.

This has to be a scam. We are in America the courts know how to notify Any residents in the United States when the courts are involved. If it's important documents to be delivered to me. You should already have my home address. They got my phone number without permission..

Fake process server scam tells you to call this number to look up case so they can serve you documents

Went to voicemail - listened and then looked the number up on line. First call from them on my phone. January 18, 2024.
