Karen from Document Delivery Services. Calling today in reference today to a file that is scheduled to be delivered. If you have any questions call 1-888-454-7630 and refer to file number #####. Unfortunately failure to respond will result in the firm proceeding without your consent. When called back just out of curiosity. Answered their line as corporate answering service. When I asked what cooperation they are answering for they refused to tell me. Said they answer for the whole building. When asked what building and where located she said I have an attitude. I said then list the companies in the building so I can research them and she hung up on me.

Left VM saying 'call is from dept of S.S. and admin. and going to suspend SSN as we found there is suspicious activity."
