Reverse phone number lookup prefix 888-358

I get the same recordings on my cell. I called it back the first time and felt it was a scam. The first time it did not come with a 888 area code, it showed Oregon or something, but the foreign guy said he was calling from Washington DC when I asked. In the USA things that are legitimate always come in the mail, not like this!

Scam tells about promotion and asks customer to buy ebay gift cards or other gift cards that cannot be traced once you give them the code numbers, your money is gone. the hack into Direct TV, and if you give them your account number, they can actually add channels that they tell you are free, but once the real direct TV bill comes out, you WILL get billed for them!! they will tell you to only call back on their numbers, because they are a different department of the company and the sales agents do not know about this "special promotion". They prey on elderly and disabled people who think they are getting a great deal, and they end up scamming hundreds of dollars from those who can least afford it.

Scam recorded call regarding illegal activity with my SS#. Total scam. Dumber than the IRS scam. Never answer or call back.

This is a fraud call be careful, they say they are from social security office and want to get your info. social security never call.
