fake law firm stating they are taking me to court over an eight-year-old debt. can't give details except minimal...telling me i can use a prepaid visa and make monthly payments. I have requested proof of debt and their fax number along with full names of lawyers. They are unable to produce any of the forementioned. They also call and pretend to be county processer who are holding papers 24 hours and give you ELLER AND SLAON number to call to settle the dispute...the girl that claims to be the processer from the first call is the girl who answers at Eller and Sloan...
No idea why they keep calling. I have no loans, never driven or owned a car, and don’t know anyone so no one could use me as a “reference”. I’ve had this ph number for 20 yrs. I Blocked these scammers.
