(E.g., in trying to activate it after the install, kept getting a "your phone is not recognized as having a SIM card" message. I tapped on to the app chat box icon, and a really smart guy named Dawson** walked me through it, sent a Web link. Loaded right up. Ps. Old phone PF Fusion VM. **And by the way, their customer service is based in America, not India or Manila.
