Allen Wentz and Associates called us and claimed we owed debt on a Providian credit card from 2004. They said they would sue us, serve papers and needed to be paid same day. Total scam.

They told me the same thing that I had a account with Citi bank, and that they were going to sue me. They had my past information and present. but i never had a citi bank card during that, never on my credit report

I was called and texted with alot of my personal info I did my research and could find nothing they said to be true stated the filed a civil complaint and I going to ve served and then got a text and it was saying they are going to take money from my accounts and they knew a lot of info including the last 4 of my s.s birthday and my son's phone

They said they were arbitrators for past debt with HSBC. Called back 18886610873. Gave me a case number. Scary stuff they had alot of my personal information. Said they were going to mail me information on debt owed and possible arbitration. Guess I'll wait and see.

I was called and told I didn't respond to a notification for credit card debt and they were hired by CitiBank. This is bogus. I have no outstanding old credit card debt.
