They asked my name. Are you Mika Ashida? Then, I answer yes and they hang up. They did not mention who they are. I usually do not answer any number which I do not know. But I was in an activity of renewing my mom's passport. Taking UBER to go up to San Francisco yesterday. The UBER was give us free rides ( very appreciated) due to my mam who is very old and blind. I pick up the call which may related to my activity. I am very worry what happen to the next.
The recorded message caller identified themselves as National grid and then asked me for the last four digits of my social security number for "security purposes". So, I hung up. Any caller who asks me for personal information I assume is nepharious and executing a phishing scam. Do not trust this caller. If you want to check your utility bill, then go online and do so, to the known real site, but don't get any of your information from an incoming call. Highly suspicious.
