I've used this app for over a decade, I'm pretty sure. The ability to tailor messages to your callers is great, the first time a friend called he thought I was on the phone with him. I get transcriptions of my messages in my email box and indicators on the top of my phone, and since I have the basic product, it's free! I refused to pay the monthly fees Verizon wanted for the same thing, and am quite happy with the app!
