SCAM!! --- An elderly client got a call from this number. A foreign man called and tried to tell her that she qualified for a $500.00 Government Grant because she didn't have a criminal record, was retired and/or disabled and that she could choose from 3 methods of payment (cash by Western Union, A debit or credit card or a bank account). It took him several minutes to speak this in English.

I picked this up in the last half hour. It was a message about some windows repair scam and another call about debt? I'm not so sure.
