I picked up...recording from Consumer’s Energy, but asked for wrong name. I am a Consumer’s Energy customer, but they know my name, so this call had to be a scam....

NOT SCAM - After being skeptical, it turns out that is was a bill payment reminder from Consumer's Energy. Note: Consumer's Energy Customer Service (800-477-5050) could not confirm to me that 866-897-0028 was or was not a phone number used by their company. I confirmed by calling the number back and entering the phone number that they had called me on and then they indicated that it was a payment reminder from them.
