Called with the same recorded message. When I called their number, they immediately asked for an account number or a social security number. I would not do either; they gave me a "supervisor" who snickered when I said that PNC had already told me this was a scam and a non-existant "Consumer Support" department. She said I should have my branch representative call the number and they had protocol that they would have to follow....
