I had to edit my 5 stars because although there is no other app like this I know of it will only transcribe a monthly total of 250 calls. If you get mote than average 8 calls per day the overage will not be transcribed in monthly billing cycle. I liked ATT unified messaging with visual voice mail but switched to Time Warner phone which has pitiful visual mail and then to Verizon visual vm which was just as bad. FINALLY Youmail fit the bill Edit
