Reverse phone number lookup prefix 865-217

Never leaves a message, will soon call back again from various another 865-217-**** numbers… the only other time I got someone from a certain variation of this 865-217 number that left a message months ago the transcript of the message that showed said they were looking for a member of my ex husbands family. Either way, it’s every day several times a day… annoying. No one ever leaves a message so I don’t know if it’s the same thing or not. Either way, if I don’t have any number calling as saved in my phone I don’t answer. And I save all my doctor’s numbers etc. Too many scammers out there.

Said they needed to verify the last 2 numbers of my social. I gave them the wrong numbers and they repeated to me, my full social and asked if that was me? I denied and was informed all this would be used in court against me if needed. That someone had tried to serve me twice but my address is not correct. So they needed my address to serve me a third time. If it couldn't be done they would move forward with federal court hearing without my presence! Could not tell me what was being served, the address supposedly attempted, and refused any answers really! I hung up, blocked and reported!

I got a phone call from this number at 11:42 AM Eastern Time, but I didn’t answer the phone. It never left me a message nor identified themselves on the YouMail app on my phone. I suspected it was a robocall and scammer misusing someone’s local phone number in Newport, Tennessee so that he/she can try to scam me. I reported robocalls and scammers that spoofed random US and local 865 phone numbers that never left me any messages to the Federal Trade Commission before and my phone number is on the Tennessee and National Do Not Call Registries. I did not give them permission to call me nor have I done business with them.
