I was busy and he was very rude and impatient and aggressively wanted me to agree to something. Legit or not, I will never give freely my personal information over the phone. Especially an incoming call.
Called me getting a smart mouth demanding my address and verification of my name and cell phone number. When I wouldn't cooperate without an explanation of why they called, he got angry. I ended up hanging up on him, when he got loud because I told him his phone was breaking up, and with his almost english, I couldn't understand him anyway. Not pleasant!
