Using since original iPhone! Been using the service through every generation of iPhone and only recall having an issue when ios 8 was first released. Other than that I have been extremely happy with the service. I haven't used visual voicemail in so long, I forgot what it looks like! It works for me, never been nagged to upgrade other than an occasional special offer... Very occasional.
