I received (and members of my family) have received calls from 855-452-5601 advising that there is a claim that will be file against me in my county court. States that I still have a legal right to contact the office following the claim. They do not state who the claim is with nor do they state the name of their company. I should consider this a final legal notification by telephone. Called no one answered and could not leave a message as it was full. They advised my parents (whom I have not lived with for 30 some years that I needed to update my address.
They said they were calling from synchrony bank, could not understand them, they would not give me any information about who and what they were calling about, just kept asking me about my ssn and credit card number.
