JP Morgan Chase
Claimed I have a Chase account but under a completely different name than me and a different address than mine, but the same City. Wanted my Social security number but I declined since obviously I am not the person he wanted. But they keep calling. The person they want is also male..
call came in from an East Dundee, IL. I asked who they were, and why they were calling she said it was chase and asked for my name, and I wouldn’t give her my full name and told her that I don’t have any accounts with Chase, then she asked me for my Social Security number. I told her I wasn’t comfortable giving her that either and she suggested I walk into my local chase bank and give them the number so that they could look into what accounts may be open in my name.
Not spam, its my bank!
They called and asked for my daughter's name, she does business with Chase however, is NOT in collections and there is no way my phone number would be associated with her account. When I called the number back and asked why the phone number was NOT listed as a safe # for Chase, I was told that I would be transferred to the fraud department and then when I questioned that further, the guy told me that I should ask my husband what secret accounts he has cause it's in collections and he hung up on me.
