I am going deaf and I need this The computer transcription works better than Hamilton Captions. It is worth $50 per year for me. If I need to then I would be willing to pay $10 per month for human transcription. My phone company won't provide it. I don't know if AT&T is required by law to provide it. Hamilton is free for deaf people but it is awful service. This is very good and interpretation is good as far as other deaf services go. Try the others and you will be using this instead.
