These scammers call and tell you that you are being sued. They call from a "virtual" number so it is difficult to trace back to them or their location. After scaring you, they offer to settle the suit over the phone. You end up paying to settle a debt you never had.
These people need to stop trying to scam people with fake debts.

For some sort of product to help with weight loss from an Unknown Company named EVH or https://shop.essenceva.fit From what the text messages say, "Buy 1 gt 3 FREE!" it looks like they are trying dump their Crap because it is illegal since this Garbage most likely Was NOT approved by the FDA. NEVER reply to text messages like these, not even to reply Stop. It is unlikely to actually stop them, but you will be confirming that these jerks are reaching a valid number & it could cause you to get more Spam text messages instead. DO NOT Click on the links in them either, they may have Malware embedded in them, Forward them to #7726 (#SPAM) & Report them on the websites: reportfraud.ftc.gov and consumercomplaints.fcc.gov This helps create a legal record of harassment & helps the authorities stop these Jerks.
