Same overseas telemarketer cold call group who has now called 597 times since 08/11/2023 using different numbers. I keep full records w/dates & times, many calls also recorded, including calling the number back to see what happens. They refuse to stop calling, despite being told 100s of times. This was an ID theft attempt call. The heavy Pakistani accent caller claimed to be with the fraud department of “the bank”, claiming a laptop was just purchased on my debit card – they then try to get your cc # and bank account & routing number. You could hear others in the background pulling the same scam on other people. I told him the call was being recorded and mentioned the police and he said he didn’t care. Prior calls linked to a pair of Pakistani call centers who don’t care about the TCPA & run by thehawksmedia.com/hawksnetworks.com & sansomconsulting.net/merkavoix.com (US address websites are spoofed). They often call posing as a cable company, Medicare, Govt offices, banks, etc.
