This number is not Credit Acceptance, this a crook trying to scam you and get your person information. If you are receiving calls from this number, know that one or more of the your devices may have been compromised and this scamming fraudulent thief is has acquired said information such as phone number, credit acceptance account number and is calling trying to get more of your info by using the little knowledge of you that he has obtained. I put him to the test today... because he has called several so today I told him that I was don't care about the car and that they he could come get it. He hung up immediately. I then call credit acceptance and informed of the call and the assure me that this was not a number used by them. I then tried calling him back to comfort him but the number just rings repeatedly. No voice mail, no automated system, no prompts, "thanks for calling Credit Acceptance, it just rings. Huge RED flag.
They call atleast twice amday and either hang up or don't answer. I tried calling back and the call doesn't go through. I asked them not to call ever again, but they keep calling.
