Scam, phishing! Called from a fake number local to my cell phone number. Left a message about a Diacover Card I don't own. Callback number is this 800 number: "Hello this is Carolyn calling from the underwriting department regarding your Discover Card account. I'm calling regarding your current credit card account. Based on your recent payment activity and balance you may be eligible for an interest rate reduction to as low as 1.9%. There's additional information I need to confirm your eligibility so please return my call directly in the underwriting department at 1-800-991-0102. Once again 1-800-991-0102. This will be the only notice you received and this offer is only valid for three business days. Thank you."

This is a scam. It is a recording that says they are the social security administration is placing fraudulent charges in my social security number and a warrant has already been issued for my arrest. Absolute scam. They call constantly

I have received a call from this number saying that my social security benefits claim was fraudulent and legal action was pending. And l received this call on Veterans Day, when all federal offices are closed. So be aware of this number as a scammers number. Don’t give them any information.

Calls twice daily & I believe she might be Asian. Very annoying

They left a voicemail. The exact same as the audio sample. Played them back to back. Don’t owe any money to anyone, definitely not to a collections agency, and absolutely not to one that doesn’t bother to define itself. Scaaaaaaam.
