Claimed to want to tell me about benefits and ways to reduce my doctor’s visits. Believable but my alarm went off. May be harvesting information. They knew my husband’s employer.
Fraudulent debt, have no debt
This was not spam, it was specifically for me

Another scam call from a different number.
What language even is that?
My spouse received the same call and it's legit. I am the primary insurance holder in our household so I've been following up on anything to do with our insurance. It's a program UHC offers.
This is actually a legitimate call from UHC informing members that their coverage includes a "Nurse Advocate" program. This program allows for 1-on-1 conversations with a nurse who can advise on questions of healthcare strategy, whether in general or for a particular health issue going on with the member. I thought this might be spam as well; the recorded message is vague and badly worded. When you call the number it forces you to navigate through the main menu to choose the right option to be routed to. Then they don't have a record of their outgoing call. I required the nurse to give me information about myself like group ID #, address, etc... before answering any specific questions about myself. It was awkward at first, but we muddled through the process to determine that we were both who we said we were. After that, she explained the program, which is at no additional cost can be of good value. Too bad it's poor coordination between outreach and response to calls. Not spam.
Called multiple times and left voicemails saying they were united and had info about my benefits. I went ahead and answered it this time and the operator said that they had a nurse who was available to talk to me about a new benefit program. she asked for my birth month to verify she had the right person then transferred me to a nurse who then thought she was speaking to someone else named "Travers" I told her my name and she asked if I was a relative of this person and I said no. then she asked how to spell my name and started asking other questions like which state am I from etc... seemed either extremely unprofessional and possibly a scam. I refused to give her any more info.
