Scammed. The dude with Indian accent asked me to verify my date of birth for the payment amount I made last time. I only have 1 auto loan account with PNC I know how much I made last time, but I pretended I didn't remember. I told him I made a multiple payment and asked him which amount he was talking about, and he stuttered and couldn't tell me. Then he just told me if I had any concerns, just head to the local PNC branch.
