I initiated contact with this company

Calling about past due payment on my current Synchrony Bank's Lowe's credit card account. It is not spam if you have a credit card through Synchrony and have missed payment due date for whatever reason, and consent is/was provided when you did not offer written objection to the the user agreement of said card.
