I was called 4 times in one day from this number. Upon answering, caller hung up, disconnected immediately. After 4th call I blocked this number.

It's really HSBC collections. If you don't answer and have to call back you have to give full social. It scared me so I called HSBC directly and made a payment and they made me think it was fake saying they never ask for social. After they called me back, I answered and they could see my payment and were able to verify the last four of my card and account and could see my payment from this number. So my advice is answer it or if you call back you will be scared when they need your full social to look up the past due. HSBC has such a complicated website, I finally was able to setup autopay with a customer service member after months of trying. It is really hidden.

Love this app I forgot my voicemail password a while back and tried to reset but straight talks costumer service is terrible and I was never able to get my voice mails even from who would have been been my new teacher but I could not get my voicemails then I stumbled upon this app and has made it so much easier but still have that voice mail icon in my notification bar at the top if my phone but thank you guys so much for this app. Sincerely Caleb hoover
