This is Budget car rental trying to call me back about an open case

Received a call from a "Mark Thompson", a representative from PG&E stating that since they have not received my payment, they were going to cut off my electricity if I didn't pay via Zelle...after paying, they asked if I had another bank account because this one didn't go thru. I definitely knew at this point I just got scammed and told them to F off & I was reporting them. DO NOT DO IT!!! NEW SCAM ALERT!!!!!
