It is a collection agency that purchased a debt from a legit business . It then became their delinquit account that they are attempting to collect. They purchase selinquit accounts for pennies on the dollar in hopes of collecting something in which they get to keep because they purchased it. It's a way that businesses get rid of their delinquent accounts that even your typical collection agency cant collect anything. So they all the delinquent accounts like that to an agency that will basically harass the crap out of you in hopes that you will give in and pay them something just to end the harassing calls. So it's really not spam because it is a legit business with a legit delinquent account. Now whether they have the right person in which they are trying to harass or not is a whole different problem.

Multiple spam calls from this number

Phone calls all day long - weekdays and weekends - from Synchrony - with different numbers. I have never heard of them, have never done business with them and these calls need to stop.

Closed my Home Shopping Network account -- Ever since they changed CC company for Synchrony Bank/Pay Pal Credit -- Will never do anymore business with them ! ---- 3-4 call attempts by Synchrony Bank/Pay Pal Credit using a variety of phone numbers -- DON'T SIGN WITH HSN !

I have received probably 75 calls from this number. It boggles my mind- I don?t have an account at synchrony bank. It makes me so angry and I don?t know what they want.
