This call comes from a Pakistani call center who spams for getmemedicare.com which is owned by Tobias & Associates, but it's very hard to prove this in court. The voice says they are calling from Safe Health Medicare. Safe Health Medicare's website, safehealthmedicare.com has a list of partners on their partners page. Tobias & Associates is listed on that page among a list of other companies who would never spam for business. I have a strong feeling they provide leads ONLY for GetMeMedicare.com and Tobias. If you wish to file a TCPA claim against them, Mac Murray & Shuster is their attorney. Good luck and let me know how it goes. They will lie in court and say you called them and opted in and they'll call you a spam baiter.
