Called twice today in San of 4 hours. Have no idea who this is.
Don’t know who this is. Blocked
An unwanted call from this St. Petersburg FL VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, a recorded message purported to be from AAA and requested a member satisfaction survey. Posters report this is actually a company called Sterling Research, not AAA itself. Even if AAA outsources surveys to this company, why in the hell would they resort to robocalling to do this? AAA has the e-mail addresses of its customers and can solicit their views far more economically and reliably, instead of pissing off its customers with robocalls. Vexatious robocalling is a sure way to lose customers. It may have just lost me.
It's AAA calling with a survey. I am a AAA member.
