Great Customer Support I've been using YouMail for quite a while now and never really gave it a 2nd thought until a few days ago when my phone sopped ringing and all my call were going straight to VM. I had the opportunity to chat with Christian this morning and my problem is fixed. Christian was efficient in testing and helped me through deactivating and reactivating the account. We also found a setting on my iPhone, Silence Unknown Callers was turned on, and shouldn’t have been. Thanks for the outstanding customer support today.
