This company is called Consolidated Return Mail Center. They are located in Granada Colorado (Prowers County). They are a state agency. They work with the Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) to update addresses and phone numbers for members. They receive the returned mail from all counties in Colorado but their office is located in Prowers County. That is why the number shows up as such. If they cannot get an updated address or contact information they sent your case to the county office and it is labeled as unknown and they could close your case because of it.

Keeps calling. So annoying. We don't answer.

Phisihg call by chic-an-no voice left message claiming to be State of Colorado aby my health care. Return call was a spanish voice message system. Cell phone flagged as previous spam caller.

Left VM saying they're from Medicaid trying to verify my address. I have never liver in that part or county of Colorado. When you call back goes straight to message saying the person doesn't answer calls and to leave VM. I call spam. My phone screen lights up bright red as a scam alert.

Call from Anna claiming to be from medicaid.. When you Google the number medicaid comes up strange.

this lady called me talking about Return medicaid program. Medicaid will not call you over the phone fishing for information!! DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONBAL INFORAMTION TO THESE PEOPLE OR ANSWER THIS NUMBER!

Woman called my NEW # I never gave CO Medicaid or any medical facility my new # after I moved 2 yrs ago. Haven't had Medicaid in at least 8 yrs. They were calling to verify my NEW address while calling on my NEW cell phone #, they were NEVER given. Changed my # 2 yrs ago after I moved out of state. Not returning scam call and blocking. Glad I screen my calls.
