I've been using YouMail for my voicemail needs for 7 years. The app is always getting better, and is so clean. It honestly was my go to and I brought everybody I knew on board. I would have even been willing to pay a subscription fee if there was one available for casual users. Ultimately, YouMail is a great service, but I do feel that they focus too heavily on their alternate services, with messages encouraging you to purchase live transcriptions and a second line at huge costs in order to continue using the voicemail service. It's like going to the grocery store for milk and being coerced to by cheese too, or else you can't buy milk anymore. I don't want your alternate products, but I will gladly pay for the products I am using. Following YouMail's response to my previous review, I will increase my rating to 4 stars, however, until YouMail also caters to the larger userbase, I will withhold the 5th star.
