This is a message from the Muskogee County school District the online gifted referral window is now open and will close at midnight on Friday September 10th parents and teachers will be able to refer students through the online application located on the Muskogee County school District home page click on families and students and then on the gifted application icon to refer the student you will need the students T T I D number. As a reminder, kindergarten students are not eligible until the January referral window. If you have any further questions, please contact saint elmo school for the gifted at 706-748-3115.
