Love this app! I have an android phone LG K20 Plus Version 7.0. I was getting annoying voicemail messages from a private caller, (not a telemarketer) and wanted to discontinue my carrier's (Metro PCS) voicemail but they were unable to reset my voicemail to default and I wouldn't be able to receive ANY voicemail from other callers. You Mail is the perfect solution. I can blacklist certain callers who hear a "This number is no longer in service" message and cannot leave a voice message. All other callers hear a regular greeting, and callers with no caller ID hear a different greeting and are banned from leaving voicemail. There are several greetings to choose from or you can customize your own. Just what I wanted! You get 10 voice to text transcriptions per month on their free app that you can read or listen to within the app under "Messages" or you can call your personal access number to listen to your messages. For a free app it provides peace of mind not just from telemarketing calls but from annoying personal calls. The reason for the 4 stars is 1. You must have Call Forwarding capabilities from your phone carrier which may cost extra like (Metro PCS) which I had to add to my service. 2. I also had difficulty verifying the activation. 3. Had to call my phone carrier to "fix" an OCN error. (Original Call Number) However, it was worth the effort and $5 more per month for Call Forwarding from my carrier for this service. The You Mail Chat Line was very helpful instead of waiting for emails from their support center to answer my questions. I highly recommend this app!!

Love it! I did have a few issues on my iphone 4 because we all know how well apple plays with others. I now have a galaxy s5 because the iphone went swimming. All of my old messages and contacts were saved in the service so I thankfully didn't lose everything thanks to youmail!
